What a fantastic idea! I love the idea of traveling around the globe in the future! Wow! Out of curiosity, Approximately how much space is there for printing out of names? Is there a plan to do larger adds based on donation level in the future? What an amazing way for folks to support a project they truly love and at the same time get some kudos!!! :D

  2. Jozef Wiewel says:

What a fantastic idea! After having spoken to Roger Poolman and his clear explanations on how, why, what and were I have no doubt this will be an amazing step forward to a more sustainable and intelligent use of energy.

  3. Chaps, this is a great idea, but can you clarify the bit about the photo please? Initially you’re talking about having a name, but then you talk about having a photo as well. Do I have to sponsor you for £25 to have the photo included, or do we get our photo for the £10 (or more) donation?
Also, can you describe the process of how we donate and upload the text and the photo please.
Can you clarify what you mean by comments are not accepted? Do you mean I can have ‘Mick Davidson’ but I can’t have ‘MicklovesNicoll’ (with or without spacing)?
Good luck with this, it’s a great idea. Cheers.

      Hi Mick

Sorry for the confusion. £10-24 gets you a name only. £25-49 gets you a name plus a CUER keyring. £50+ gets you a name, a keyring and a photo.

You can donate via Paypal or via Giftaid.

Once you have donated, email us at name-on-car@cuer.co.uk including a delivery address for the keyring (if you have donated £25 or more) and attaching a passport-sized photo (if you have donated £50 or more).

‘Comments’ essentially includes anything that is a phrase or remark rather than (or in addition to) a name, with or without spaces. So, as you say, ‘Mick Davidson’ would be fine but ‘MicklovesNicoll’ is not a name and so would not be accepted.

  4. Simon Blakey says:

I have my own little research and consulting company, SAB Global Energy. Can I have that on as my ‘name’ (with photo of me, sole employee) or does it have to be Simon A. Blakey?

    • Keno Keno says:

      Hi simon,

Thankyou for the support. We would prefer it was just your name and photo though. Mainly as Name on Car is a way for individuals or families to show support for our project. If you would like to support us as a company, please email Roger, sponsorship@cuer.co.uk.

      Best wishes,

      Keno
