In 2010, CUER built a car to compete in the Greenpower Corporate Challenge, which took place at Goodwood Motor Circuit on Sunday 25th April, 2010. For this we had the support of Jan Scholtz, through his company TagOn.

The aim of the Greenpower races is to build a car which completes the farthest distance in a four hour period. Each team is issued with the same type of motor and sets of batteries, but has much freedom over the design of the rest of the car. The series is mainly aimed at teams from secondary schools, but the Corporate Challenge is a unique annual event which pitches the best schools’ vehicles against those designed by companies, and now CUER! 2009′s event included entries from Prodrive, and Jaguar LandRover.
