Qichao (or ‘George’ to those for whom two syllables are an unnecessary luxury, and ‘The Destroyer’ when Andrew needs a supervillain) is head of the Aero Team this year. Along with Tom, he is responsible for refining the aerodynamics of the 2011 car. George also runs Introductory CFD courses, which have proved particularly popular among some of the younger members of CUER. On the frequent rare occasions that he is not running aero simulations, he can be found playing badminton at university level, a feat to be commended for the simple reason that it is not rowing.
